Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after 12 months of inactivity. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a technical error on our end, BDTK1 will make every reasonable effort to provide compensation. Each case is reviewed and decided upon individually following a thorough investigation.
